JOB CANCELLATION POLICY
When the Showing Agent Cancels A Job
- For cancellations up to 30 minutes after claiming or being hired for a job (the “Grace Period”), an agent may cancel the job without penalty.
- For cancellations less than two (2) hours from the accepted job start time after claiming or being hired for a job, and after the “Grace Period” time, there shall be a $30 fee that shall be immediately charged to the cancelling member’s Wallet/credit card as compensation for the Cancelled Member inconvenience. In case you don’t have sufficient funds in your wallet, ShowIT Solutions™ will charge $30 from your credit card. In the event that the cancelling member does not have sufficient funds on their Wallet/credit card, the fee shall be deducted from their wallet or credit card once funds will become available. The $30 fee, once collected, shall be disbursed as follows: $25 to the Cancelled Member and $5 as processing fee.
- In instances where a job is posted 24 hours or more before the job’s start time and the hiring agent’s decision to hire was four (4) hours or less before the job’s start time, the showing agent may cancel the job without penalty

When the Hiring Agent Cancels A Job
- For cancellations at least two (2) hours in advance of the accepted job start time there shall be no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations less than two (2) hours in advance of the accepted job start time there shall be a $30 fee that shall be immediately charged to the canceling member’s Wallet/credit card. In case you don’t have sufficient funds in your wallet ShowIT will charge $30 from your credit card (plus any credit card fees). If the canceling member does not have sufficient funds on their Wallet/credit card, the fee shall be deducted from their wallet or credit card once funds will become available. The $30 fee, once collected, shall be disbursed as follows: $25 to the Showing Agent and $5 as a processing fee.
When A Hiring Agent Modifies a Job While It Is in Hired or Claimed Status
The only items that can be modified by the Hiring Agent are:
- Date
- Addresses (Add, Remove, Modify)
- Time
If one of the above items has been modified, and the Showing Agent would like to cancel his Hired or Claimed job, there will be no cancellation fees.
