This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information for our services on the ShowIT Solutions™ Platform. By accepting the Privacy Policy, along with the Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Use a runtime permissions request whenever available, prior to accessing data gated by Android permissions.

Personal Information: your personal information is used to uniquely identify you in the ShowIT Solutions Platform and includes information that you provide such as first and last name, address, email address, User IDs, telephone numbers, brokerage affiliations, and other identifying information needed for fraud prevention, security, compliance, App functionality and account management.
Location Information: your location information when using the ShowIT Solutions Platform during an active job is collected for verification of job performance and App functionality.
Image Information (photos and videos): photographs, videos, and other images that you take and upload are used to verify and facilitate job performance, and may be shared with third parties. Specifically, we will upload such image information to https://api.showitsolutions.com. This image information may also be used for other various purposes such as profile pictures or content submissions.
App Activity Information: your App activity information data may be collected and used for analytics, personalization, and App functionality.
We may also share your personal information with:
Members of the ShowIT Solutions™ corporate family, service providers under contract who help with our business operations; other third parties to whom you explicitly ask us to send your information (or about whom you are otherwise explicitly notified and consent to when using a specific service); law enforcement or other governmental officials, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity.
Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and our ability to keep the community free from bad actors, we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to law enforcement, other government officials, or other third parties without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to prevent imminent harm or financial loss or to report suspected illegal activity.
Your user name and/or identification is displayed on the ShowIT Solutions™ site and is connected to all of your ShowIT Solutions™ activity. If you access our site from a shared computer or a computer in an internet café, certain information about you may also be visible to other individuals who use the computer after you. ShowIT Solutions™ enables you to share personal and financial information to complete transactions. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your information.

We do retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
